We’ve put answered some FAQs about our Pro Club Partnership so that you have all the most necessary information.

Photo day FAQs

Are your Photo Days really free?

Yes! All we’ll ask from you is to do your utmost to make sure the full club attends the scheduled date. We have a dedicated operations department to help with this and working together with the support of the club, we will look to achieve an attendance of 90% and above.

When will our photo day take place?

We’ll work with you to ensure that your free green screen photo day takes place on a date that suits you. However, the photoshoot must take place at least eight weeks before your presentation. 

What if we need to change the date, venue or cancel? 

We understand club schedules can change frequently at clubs. That’s why we’re happy to offer you free changes to the date or venue outside 14 days of the pre-arranged date. Just make sure to inform us within this time period of a new suitable date and venue.

Should you need to cancel the event without a new date being agreed and is within 14 days from the pre-arranged date, the club will be liable to pay a non-refundable charge of £120.00+ VAT.

What happens if some of our players don’t attend?

We can arrange an additional photo day to capture the images of any players who missed out. This is available on request and will cost £120.00+VAT per additional visit.

When and how do our members get photos?

Club Legends strives to provide you the best possible images with a great turn around time.

Members will get a secure log in code to view images 7 to 10 days after photoshoot. They can purchase for home delivery which will take a week to arrive or for the free club delivery option arriving to the club after 3 to 4 weeks.

Is there a minimum amount we need to achieve for photos ordered?

Not at all, as part of our Free Green Screen Photo Day policy, there is no obligation for club members to purchase the photos we create.

Trophies FAQs

Can I order trophies from elsewhere as well as Club Legends?

As part of the Pro Club Partnership terms and conditions, the club agrees for Club Legends to be the club’s official trophy supplier for two years. Throughout the agreement, we’ll ensure to offer our very best possible prices.

How much are the heavily discounted trophies?

We have a long-standing relationship with one of the UK’s largest trophy suppliers, which means we’re able to offer unbeatable prices across our full range to our Pro Club Partners.

If you have a current trophy supplier, and in the unlikely scenario we can’t get you a better price with our pricing structure, then we will offer our price match guarantee.

What free participation trophies can you get?

We’re delighted to offer you the choice from our full range of personalised trophies. Simply choose your favourite. 

As part of the deal, we’ll put the average RRP of the trophies purchased in year year 1 and apply a credit for this value for each player’s participation trophy. If there is a difference in cost between the voucher value and your chosen participation trophy RRP, this will be covered by the club.

Example: Year 1 average RRP = £10.00 per trophy

Chosen FREE participation trophy RRP = £11.50 per trophy

Participation Trophy RRP (£11.50) – Trophy Voucher (£10)

Total additional cost to club: £1.50 per trophy

How and when will we receive our trophies?

We will deliver your trophies directly to the club before the presentation evening. Delivery charges will apply to all trophy orders.
