Easy to organise and simply fun, your Club Legends journey begins at our photo day.
From when you book your photo day to receiving the photographs, we aim to make it a seamless experience by handling everything from start to finish. With scheduling, staffing and customer service all covered by us, all you need to do is look forward to your fun day in front of the camera.
Our green screen photo days are free for clubs with 60 or more players, with no obligation to buy. Working with a smaller group? Don’t worry, we have plenty of options available for organisations with less than 60 members.
Here’s what you get as part of your photo day:
Once you have registered for your photo day, our team will be on hand to guide you every step of the way to ensure everything runs smoothly. You will be assigned with a Club Legends contact who will provide you with all the relevant information. Some assistance from the organisation’s representative will be required, and we understand that your time is precious, so we’ll ensure that your participation is pain free and kept to a minimum.
We want you to feel as comfortable as possible on the big day, so we’ve put together some helpful tips for you to feel prepared ahead of the shoot:

After photo day is complete, this is the part where you sit back and let us take care of the rest. Our team of skilled photographers and designers will get to work on making your team photos stand out.
When completed we will reach out to the club representative to let them know the photographs are now ready to view, we aim for this to take around a week after photo day. We will also send social media packs and other add-ons to help raise your club’s profile.
We will also send a secure code via SMS and email, where this can be shared to players and players who can choose their individual packs and purchase safely from our webshop.
