In the coming weeks we will help you to prepare for the upcoming events and help you to promote your Club.

NO PAIN – NO GAIN
Now we need your help to organise the Club Legends photo day. We need you to ensure that the whole process runs smoothly. Don’t worry this won’t take longer than 10 minutes.
Step 1: Register your Teams
Please ensure that you have all age groups/teams’ names, Managers details (name, email & contact number) before starting the registration. We would appreciate if you do this latest until 48hours after receiving this email.
We have 4 easy options – choose the one easiest for you.
- Use our Team registration App – click the link to access your Club’s unique page: ( we will send you the unique code via email)
- Or Send your manager’s list via email we have attached a template for you
- Or Text or WhatsApp your list to Andrew 07557301472
- Or Provide central database of players and club officials email on a excel/csv file (see attached team sheet example)
What happens next? Don’t worry we have that in hand for you.
Once we have received all details from you, it’s our time to contact all Managers who will need to provide us with a list of individuals in their team and parents contacts.
Step 2: Club Badges
Send us your Club Badge via email.
Perfect file format: jpg, png or even better vector files. Please send all files via email to andrew@clublegends.co.uk.
Step 3: Check your venue for your photo day
To get the best result, our photographers require a minimum space of 15 square foot by 9 ft in height to set up their photo studio. Please make sure that the space is cleared and that our team can have access to the venue 1 hour prior to the session starting.
Step 4: Shout about the Photo Day
Use WhatsApp groups & Social Media to communicate to all coaches that a photo day has been agreed. To ensure everyone will have the chance to be photographed on the day.
That was a lot of information, right? We can imagine this a lot for one person to deal with, we will give you a break and send you more information about our Photo Day & Social Media after we have received your registration.

We just wanted to give you a little more information and ideas for your Club Legends Photo Day.
The Schedule
Our photographers need approximately 1 minute per player. Approximately 10-15 minutes per team. Once we have received you managers registration, we will create a schedule for the event. We will generally schedule from youngest to oldest. Don’t worry we will confirm with you before releasing any schedules to the managers. If you want to schedule yourself let us know.
Make it an event and raise more funds
Why not make it an annual event annual event? Some clubs have decided to use the Photo Day to raise some money and have done raffles, bacon sandwiches, cakes, sweets, tea’s & coffees.
A little bit of creative thinking can go a long way.

Shout it out loud

We photograph thousands of children every month, Child Welfare is our number 1 priority. All our staff hold DBS certificates. All the imagery we take, and hold is held securely with triple layer security. All children’s images are only accessible by secure log in codes that we issue to parents by text and or email. Club Legends are compliant with current GDPR legislation and hold up to date ICO certificates. All data is held securely and destroyed after any sales period.
